This idea is about a centralization all school libraries in one place and make it available as a digital 3D library in which students can wander, discover books and reserve them. They can either choose to get the e-book or the physical one. The e-book is delivered immediately via download, the physical book is delivered the next day at school. 

The distribution center needs to be close to a daily school delivery service system, such as the food delivery, so a system of coopetition can be explored to deliver the books together with the food.
