Scheduling time can be a pain in the ... but then there is thebetterscheduler.com

You know those days packed with meetings, work assignments, etc? For me they are a harsh reality.

Any time scheduler/planning tool lacks intelligence. With this idea, I want to create a better scheduler, an intelligent planner that takes into account travel times, previous encounters with the same persons (analytics of the time planned and spent both from my perspective as for the other) and anticipates changes. Planning meetings, or time in general, is something that is theoretically right. Once you start your day, it rarely happens that you can keep up with all your good intentions. Thebetterscheduler is an agenda 2.0, a helpful tool that synchronises reality in real time with your planning, while with an add-on you can track time effectively and invoice accordingly. The better scheduler – plan you life better.

The Cuemore.com app – avoid being clueless about what you do. #oipd

I dunno about you but sometimes i need to close down all feeds that can disturb me in order to concentrate. It happens that i get so many input triggers by all apps and programs I use that I become clueless of what I was going to do next…

cueing
I was looking for an image of queuing but this came up and I thought this was nicer anyway 😉

The Cuemore.com app wants to avoid you being clueless. It’s a queueing timer for all push notifications apps and programs send you. Whether it is on your smartphone, tablet or computer device, you can set bundle push notifications to a fixed time or later moment per app or program. It can be turned on instantly (when it happens – compared to sending a text message when you get a telephone call when you’re in a meeting) or programmed, say I want to receive e-mails only at 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17h. Or I want my game updates daily at 20h and before 2am the cuemore app shouldn’t cue anything here. Etcetera.

Whenever you decide now is a convenient time and you want to view your waiting line of push notifications, you can access the app and catch up. Organising push messages in biteable and scheduled bits should be part of your daily routine and makes your life more convenient and yourself more focused. Seeing it only when you want to see it gets you your attention back.

Could also be nice for If this then that to implement this kind of timer/scheduling options to its recipes.
